Leadership Team

Chelsey Reschke, President & CEO, is an accomplished business leader who combines technical and commercial expertise from her work in diverse sectors, including life sciences, energy, and professional services. Chelsey's leadership extends to her board roles where she fosters research innovation and economic growth. A thought leader in technology and innovation, she has represented Canada at global events, including the 2022 G20 YEA Summit in Hamburg.

Chelsey holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from the University of Alberta. She is a Peer Member with the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE).

 Dr. Lestage started her career in R&D at the Clorox Company where she gained expertise in disinfectant formulation and public health program implementation. In 2017, Dr. Lestage joined Byoplanet International, a manufacturer of state-of-the-art electrostatic spray technology, serving as Chief Operations Officer until 2021, transitioning to Chief Science Officer during the pandemic where she brought her expertise in public health to the cleaning industry. In 2023, Dr. Lestage joined Voran Group Ventures as Chief Revenue Officer. 

Keri has a B.S in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario and a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering with a specialization in functional coatings. 

  Dr. Vince Quiquero has over 30 years of experience as a in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors and is known as a results driven and trusted leader with a proven ability to drive sustainable revenue growth. He has been part of successfully commercializing over 120 products (pharmaceuticals; health and wellness; cosmetic and consumer goods) with companies ranging from global brands to start-ups. 

Vince holds a BSc and a PhD in Chemistry from Western University. His doctoral research focused on the development of diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals.
